Tibbot Engineering was founded in 2021 by Paul Tibbot, P.E. after nearly 20 years in the Civil Engineering industry. His experience comes from working on both land development and telecommunications projects, with clients including major wireless carriers, government agencies, homebuilders and developers. With this comes years of experience working with local jurisdictions, such as City of Portland, Washington County, Clark County, and ODOT, providing Tibbot Engineering the expertise to navigate the sometimes challenging permit process. Our principal engineer has supervised and signed thousands of construction drawings, from towers and rooftops in telecom, to stormwater and grading plans in land development. Tibbot Engineering maintains an extensive network of professionals, which, combined with low overhead, allows us to provide a design in an expedited manor and at low cost to the customer.

Tibbot Engineering is licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana, with the ability to add additional states as needed.
